发散率（辐射率） Emissivity

The measure of the ability of a surface to emit room temperature radiant heat energy.   A low emissivity means a high reflectivity of room radiant energy.   用来表示玻璃表面散发室内温度辐射能的能力。反射率低说明室内辐射能的反射量大。
